Ms. Zhang Yan is the Chief Auditor, Chief Compliance Officer, and Head of the Group Office (Office of the Board of Directors) of the Company. She formerly served as the Senior Supervisor, Assistant to the Head, and Deputy Head of the Investment Management Department of Shanghai Electric Assets Management Co., Ltd., the Deputy Head of the Financial Budget Department of Shanghai Electric (Group) Corporation, the Deputy Director of the Board Secretary's Office of the Company, the Executive Deputy Head and Head of the Risk Management Department, the Head of the Audit Department, the Director of the Supervisory Board's Office, the Director of the Office of the Board, and the Head of the Investor Relations Department. Ms. Zhang graduated from the East China University of Political Science and Law, and holds an EMBA degree from Shanghai National Accounting Institute and the Arizona State University (USA).
